This creamy prawn pasta will not only be a favourite because it is so flavoursome, but it is also a one bowl wonder in the Thermomix —saving on cleaning up!  If you don’t eat prawns, don’t skip over this Creamy Tuscan Prawn Linguine as it is amazing with chicken or salami!

  • 100 g shallots
  • raw cashews
  • garlic
  • fresh flat leaf parsley
  • thickened cream - or coconut cream
  • dry white wine
  • sun-dried tomato strips
  • chicken stock concentrate
  • tomato paste
  • dry linguine - gluten free if required
  • 300 g green prawn meat - OR chicken / salami
  • baby spinach

  1. Has anyone cooked this dish without using the Thermomix. I’m away from home & really want to make it. Just not sure of times on stove top.???

    1. Use the low carb variation as a guide to remove the water from the sauce and cook your pasta separately 🙂

    This is my first love of the Creamy Tuscan recipes! I’d had a creamy prawn dish in a little Italian restaurant many years ago and could never replicate or find another! Well here I am all these years late delighting on such a delicacy. This I can’t rave about it’s like a flavour bomb in your mouth! 🤤 🤤
