Lovely sauce. I added half a table spoon of plain flour and mixed on speed 2 for 20 seconds just to thicken it up, I found that it was a bit runny.

  2. 5 stars
A delicious sauce . A great accompaniment to any dish and so easy to make . Thank you for posting it . It’s yum.

  3. 5 stars
Perfect condiment for corned beef, love this sauce! Takes steamed chicken and veg to the next level!

  4. 5 stars
Quick, easy and delicious on a variety of proteins – chicken, steak, surf and turf 🤤 I imagine pork, but haven’t gone their yet!

  5. LOVE this!!
Always at leasr double it or I dont get any by the time everyone else has gotten some!!

  6. 4 stars
Soooo yummy!! A quick easy, delicious dinner that the whole family loves! We wrap chicken breast in prosciutto and pour this sauce over.. 10/10 !

  7. 5 stars
Make sure you double or triple this recipe because the family will be fighting over it! It’s so delicious and goes well with chicken, steak, veggies…..pretty much anything! Yum!

  8. This sauce is absolutely delicious and one of my regular and favourites, I use it on pork chops and chicken breast.

  9. 5 stars
Mouth watering deliciousness! I love garlic so add extra and sometimes add mushrooms or peppercorns. Thanks for another amazing recipe

  10. This is seriously the most versatile sauce & so delicious.
It’s also great with Dijon mustard instead of the whole grain mustard

  11. 5 stars
This amazing sauce and it’s friend the creamy garlic one are used almost weekly here to be honest! Yum! Without a doubt our faves are both.

  12. This is delicious, I made it put on some chicken breast I pan fried. I poured it all over the chicken and the steamed veggies I’d cooked to go with it. Planning on having salmon tomorrow and will make this sauce again to go on the salmon.

  13. So good! Can’t believe I waited so long to try this. Super easy. We had it over salmon, roast veg and broccolini.

  14. Beautiful sauce!! Silly question, in the nutritional info, is the calorie amount per serve or for the whole amount?

  15. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Added an onion and poured alllllllll over Nik’s lamb meatballs & baked pumpkin. LCHF bliss. Thank you!

  16. Sooooo yum!! Made a triple batch and served over pasta with thinly sliced cooked chicken great stirred through. My family of seven loved it and asked for seconds which it always a good sign.

  17. This sauce was delicious. I licked my plate since nobody was watching. I notice it says serves 4 but then in the blurb it says serves 2. Definitely only serves 2 with a dribble each for 2 toddlers

  18. I was looking for a LCHF compliant Mustard Sauce to accompany my Comes Beef meal tonight and came across this recipe. As my TMX was otherwise in use, I made it on the stove top. The sauce was creamy, tasty, easy to make, thick, and just perfect for my meal. I will absolutely make it again. Thank you.

  19. Was about to make a cheese sauce to pour over cauli and a broccoli and decided to try this one instead. Was very very nice. If the creamy garlic sauce is as good as this is well I’m all set for lovely flavoured dishes. Very simple to make and my garlic clove was a big one so made it a bit more garlicky. Thanks for some beautiful recipes.

  20. Omg this sauce is delish!! I had to stop myself eating it on its own before dinner was cooked! Once again Nik thank you 😊 x

  21. One word: AMAZING!
Nik originally said it trumps the garlic sauce. I thought to myself absolutely not. Nothing can.
    It did!

  22. I made this last night to serve with silverside. I doubled the recipe, but had no cream so used milk and added a tbs of cornflour and it was fabulous.

  23. The first time I had this I didn’t mind it… I doubled it and found it was a bit too mustardy! But tonight I made it again without doubling and my gosh! So amazing! And my 3 year old twins love it too!!! They like it more than the creamy garlic now!
    Thankyou Nic!

  24. I made this to go on pork chops and steamed veges tonight…..it was amazing. My partner commented after I told him the ingredients, “whoever decided to put butter, cream and mustard together to make a sauce is genius!”. So Nik, you’re a genius😊

  25. This wasn’t a hit for me. Quite bitter tasting and the garlic tasted uncooked. Maybe the brand of mustard i used?? It also split. I let it cool down and blitzed it on turbo which brought it back to life but by then I’d already quickly made packet gravy which the table preferred. Given the quantity of rave reviews, I’ll try this again making the whole grain mustard as per Niks own recipe.

  26. Dairy Free….
Yes with cashew cream and Nuttlex. Just mix it on a higher speed to combine Nuttlex with cream.

  27. I am not a massive mustard lover but always up for trying Nik’s recipes! Glad I did, AMAZING- cooked tonight on steak with bake veg , hubby, almost 4 yr old and hubby’s friend were all as impressed as me.. May even replace the creamy garlic sauce 🙂

  28. Just made this to go over chicken breast for dinner. We are new to LCHF and I’m still not confident with the TMX – this was quick and easy to make whilst the chicken and vegetables were cooking on the stove. It was absolutely delicious! Hubby said ‘definitely happy to have that again!’ Which isn’t a response I usually get with my cooking…!

  29. I tripled the quantity & added a bit of cornflour to thicken it up.
It easily served 12 & i served it with rare roast beef. Yum! It was a great hit

  30. Absolutely delicious! Enjoyed by the whole family, everyone wanted more so will have to double the quantity next time! Thanks yet again for an amazing recipe 😊

  31. I was preparing to cook a perfectly boring meal of grilled chicken and boiled vegetables because I have an abundance of creativity and talent is my middle name. My partner got home and gave me the… ‘not so impressed face’ when I excitedly told him my plans (I know I too was shocked), so giving a rare… care, I had to think quick. After a quick check of Facebook that is. Then, as if I had willed it with all my willing/caring powers, a new Skinnymixers recipe appeared. Hmmm… creamy mustard sauce. Was this to be the answer to my cooking woes? Well all I can say is ‘hell yes’! So simple (perfect for me), so tasty and amazingly a recipe that I had all the ingredients for in my cupboard/fridge. If you are unsure as to whether you will give this one a go, it doesn’t disappoint. Queen Nik has done it again!

  32. OMG!! Sooo yum! Just had this over chicken and the whole family (6 of us) loved it! Even my hubby who isn’t a mustard person, said it was the best! Added honey aswell, going to be a regular!

  33. I made this with Nuttelex and coconut cream as we can’t have dairy. It was delicious did not look quite as pretty but we all loved the flavour. Definitely making this a regular on the meal plan.

  34. So yum! Hubby BBQ’d a chicken breast for me and a steak for himself on the weekend. This sauce went perfectly with both! I added avocado on top of my chicken, which was amazing altogether.

  35. Awesome 😄 Made this for dinner tonight, comment from my brother ‘best meal I’ve had in ages’

  36. Made it this afternoon, and refrigerated until dinner was ready. It reheated beautifully and was delicious on our steaks. Thanks Nik!

  37. Amazing so easy to make and it took huge self control not lick the plate, had with salmon. Another huge win!!!

  38. Made this the other night to make an otherwise boring chicken and veg dinner more interesting and it didn’t disappoint! I’m off dairy at the moment so used coconut milk, which worked fine. So simple and quick so will definitely be making again!

  39. Made this last night to top off my chicken schnitzel, it was delicious! My kids loved it and my husband requested it again later this week on his steak!

  40. Had the sauce over steamed fish and steamed broccoli and sweet potatoes. Yum! And so easy too. I love that the portion is not too much – was just nice for 2 adults, a 4yo and a 22 month old (we drizzled it on).

  41. Had this sauce with corned beef (& skinnymixers Silky Sweet Potato Mash) last night. It was delicious! The garlic clove I used was huge, which made the garlic flavour quite strong so I’ll use a smaller one next time!

  42. Lovely flavour, I made this recently to use instead of the normal gravy in the all in one chicken dinner. It definitely took the dish to the next level, so yum!!

  43. Beautiful sauce. This was loved by the whole family – doubled the recipe and served over oven baked chicken breast, just amazing.

  44. I absolutely LOVE Skinnies Creamy Garlic Sauce and would eat it with every meal, but the kids are not as keen as me.

But “this” new sauce! Ohhhhh……LOVED by the WHOLE Family and will be a regular on the menu at home from now on!

    Thanks again Nikalene!

  45. oMG this is Devine I added honey and made a double batch I also cooked the first step for 7mins and was so yummy added with pumpkin gnocchi

  46. I made a triple batch & it was AMAZING & you know it’s good when 4 out of 5 kids lick their plates clean & ask for more sauce

  47. Amazing sauce! Made a double batch for the two of us and hubby basically licked the plate clean and said it was the best sauce ever. Putting this one on the weekly meal planner!

  48. Hubby’s 1st go it alone lesson with the CC.. (I had to interupt on the 1st step MUST PEEL GARLIC) Worked out perfectly and good honest serving sizes thank you 😊

  49. Made this last night! Tripled the recipe! Used it over pork and veges and even the turdler liked it! Hubby was licking his plate clean!

  50. SO AMAZING!!! The whole family loved it! I didn’t have any seeded mustard so used dijon instead. Delicious!! Served it over corned beef. Definitely will make this again! Thanks so much for another great recipe xx

  51. SO AMAZING!!! The whole family loved it! I didn’t have any seeded mustard so used dijon instead. Delicious!! Served it over corned beef. Definitely will make this again! Thanks so much for another great recipe xx

  52. Just had this for lunch today with pan fried chicken and green beans – omg so delicious!! And bonus is how easy it is to make too, literally no effort for a great tasting sauce to add to just about anything, thanks Nik 🙂

  53. looks amazing will have to try it and the garlic version. this is just what I need to add a little extra to my diet at the moment. just want to know how you get your chicken to look so perfect in the photo. just a genius at work I suspect 🙂

  54. Made this tonight and it was sensational! I doubled the recipe and added 40g honey. Had with diced chicken & rice. Fussy hubby gave it 10/10. Thank you so much! Every Skinnymixers recipe I’ve ever made has been a success!

  55. Made this for eating over steak tonight. I had just enough mustard in the fridge for a batch. Taste tested it, tasted some more-looked at the bowl. Empty! Hubby had to settle for slag Bol. Will make it again tomorrow- and solemnly swear that I won’t eat it all before dinner!!

  56. 🎉🎉AH MAY ZING!! 🎉🎉

Quick and easy to make, OH SO tasty I’m eating it off a spoon!

    It’s all kinds of yummy👍🏻

    Better than the garlic sauce🙊
