  1. An ABSOLUTE WINNER with this coeliac, LCHF family! Thank you for such clever, simple and tasty recipes! I doubled the recipe & it fit perfectly on my 900mm wide oven tray- used a silicone baking mat- easy peasy!

  2. We love these, a healthier and delicious way to enjoy pizza! I fill the top up with lots of roasted veg (cherry Tom, capsicum, pumpkin, eggplant), they are so freaking delicious!

  3. Fabulous meal. I split it in half and made a margarita (cheese, mozzarella and basil) and a sort of supreme (salami, cabana, Spanish onion and capsicum) YUMMY!!

  4. It took me awhile to give meatza a go, but now that I am doing LCHF it was the push I needed! Well, I am amazed! It is soo soo delicious, I wish I had tried this when you first released it! Very tasty, even the carb loving partner adored it 🙂 Thanks Nik x

  5. Just made this with a slight variation of the smokey BBQ sauce, feta, cooked bacon (left overs – who has left over bacon?!) salami, capsicum and tasty cheese, my eldest two said it is sooooo delicious, better than Dominios Cheesey crust BBQ meat lovers (which they only get when we have last minute guests/party, and then said its the total meat lovers devine pizza. The cute fussy youngest one gave it a 10/10!

Excellent easy recipe, thank you x

  6. This was yummy! I wouldn’t say it replaces normal pizza as I still love a dough base on occasion, but it is very filling and healthier!

  7. I made this for my youngest son who is gluten and carb free. It was so delicious he took it to work and everyone wanted it. I did use a sakami and mushroom topping but it was still yum for him.

  8. Yummo! Thanks for another great recipe, followed ur recommendations for toppings, it was really filling too! Will be making this again for sure 😊

  9. Love love love this recipe. Guilt free pizza without the grease and pastry. The bocconcini is a nice touch. Bocconcini and basil – yum!!

  10. YUMMM!!
This was so super easy and an absolute hit with my husband! I would put a lot more veggies on top next time as it makes quite a sturdy base!
    Thanks Nik 🙂

  11. My most favouite recipe-it is a blessing to be able to enjoy a pizza without a nasty base.. Any which way you like your pizza toppings, this will not disappoint.. Thanks Nik

  12. I made this tonight and we both loved it! I added the usual pizza toppings first (mushrooms, olives, jalapenos, mozzarella, and roasted capsicum strips) and cooked it for 5 mins, then added raw tomato, avocado and marinated fetta just before serving. We’ve just found our new pizza option 🙂

  13. I’ve been hearing good things about your meatza and didn’t want to miss out on pizza night so made one as well as the usual oven-full to feed my 3 starving teenage boys & hubby. I must admit I was skeptical but it was great. I will definitely do again. Soon! Thanks Nic.

  14. Just made this for the first time I had tomato mushrooms capsicum bacon salami and feta cheese as my topping so bloody nice I only had 1/4 piece and Im so full def making again 🙂 🙂 🙂
