I developed the Frangelico Fondants in SkinnyEntertaining to be an extra special dessert for a Romantic Dinner. They are perfect little single serve desserts, that you can make ahead and keep in the fridge until you are ready to bake them for 10 min
They should still be jiggly when they come out and ooooozey when broken open. If you get caught up doing other things in those 10 mins of cooking time, they will still be delicious cakes
