These are really moreish, salty savoury snacks which are a great alternative to the popular soy crisps. These will knock salty and savoury cravings on the head and are also suitable for lunch boxes. These are gluten free and and can be easily made preservative free. Try not to eat them all in one go, I dare you!

  1. These are a fab lunchbox snack or great for dips. Another flavour variation : add two teaspoons of chicken stock paste and omit the salt! Do start with a teaspoon and check the saltiness from the stock, adding another if it’s needed.

  2. I put too much salt in but will definitely make them again. 3 year old thought they were great and hubby said they deserved to be complemented with a beer!

  3. I made these over the weekend & they were great. Hubby really liked them. I’ll definitely make them again as they’re super easy.

  4. Made these the other day 😊 not bad 😊 i found the texture “different” but my son liked them so these will be a nice gluten free addition to his lunch box. Me on the other hand just made them as a sweet version with cinnamon sugar and cream cheese. I sprinkled coconut sugar on top and drizzled maple syrup on them. Very unskinny but 3or4 and my sweet craving was curbed!
