My Chunky Bolognese has been one of my most popular recipes since the day I published it – but I think that this will knock it off of its pedestal. Not only is this an incredibly delicious and healthy recipe but I am SO proud of the fact that this is a one bowl meal with the pasta cooking in the meat sauce.
