This Hidden Vegetable Booster is amazing to have in the freezer for when you want to boost the nutrition into a dish that maybe doesn’t feature vegetables.

It will even enhance flavour without being detectable!

I am so passionate about helping families to get as much nutrition into their meals as possible, but sometimes the need to get dinner on the table fast – is more important. 

This Hidden Vegetable Booster is designed to be made in advance and frozen in portions. Then when you need to add a vegetable boost to a dish, you simply warm a portion and stir through before serving. 

Each portion is approximately 150 g.
