Sharing is caring!

Skinnymixer’s Porcupine Meatball Bake features in the FAMILY FAVOURITES section of the cookbook The Healthy Mix Dinners 3

The Porcupine Meatball Bake is a cookbook exclusive recipe…

This Porcupine Meatball Bake will bring back some childhood memories for some Skinnies! Although there are no cans of tomato soup 🥫 used, it has plenty of vegetables and is the perfect all-in-one bake to feed the family.

This is an all-in-one bake that you can serve with some crusty bread to mop up the sauce or perhaps some steamed green vegetables.

Some of our testing team even made subway sandwiches with them!
