Banana Smoothie Bowl Thermomix Recipe

Sharing is caring!

This Banana Nut Smoothie Bowl is a healthy Thermomix version of one of my all-time favourite treats … a calorie packed Peanut Butter smoothie. I’m a big believer in chewing my smoothies to aid digestion, so serving this ultra-thick smoothie in a bowl will slow down your eating and help keep you feeling fuller for longer. Play around with your favourite toppings and add in a Protein Booster for a nutrient rich breakfast, lunch or snack.

  1. Nothing like a banana smoothie but this is next level flavour! So filling and satisfying, it’s a perfect breakfast – especially sprinkled with the Protein Booster and any other goodies you can think of. You can adapt the liquid amount to make it more ‘straw friendly’ if you need to drink it on the go – but I actually left the milk out and froze the mixture in my silicone ice cream moulds and made amazing nice cream magnums!! Drizzled with the Chocolate, it set like Ice Magic! So so yum!

  2. My favourite breakfast. Delicious and so easy and quick to make. I add granola, strawberries, almonds and coconut flakes.

  3. Made the chocolate version of this today for myself, Hubby and Mr 20 months and Miss 4. Everyone loved it. I used cashews instead of macadamias as I had none and Coco quench milk. We didn’t have frozen banana so just used fresh it was so good. Would be yummy as ice cream in my ice cream machine 🙂

  4. Love this !! I make a smoothie for breakfast most days but get tired of the same ones. This was quick and so yummy and filling. Will definitely be making at least a couple times a week!!!

  5. So yummy.
I made a double batch and miss 4 helped me finish it off.
I used almond milk in ours. Beautiful . highly recommend this recipe and all skinnymixers recipes.
