Cheesecake is one of my favourite comfort foods but I find these days it is either too sweet or heavy for my taste buds and I end up regretting my choices after eating an entire cake.

This is a perfectly light and creamy dessert, with a gorgeous texture. It is not too sweet, but if you prefer a sweeter dessert you can always up the honey.
