Just made this with the kids and I don’t think it’s going to survive cooling down, so yummy!! We made with raspberries as that’s what we had. Quite a filling snack and a nice texture with the almond meal.

      1. When you purchase the book (The Healthy Mix 3) the ingredient quanties and full directions are included.

Oh no! I feel terrible saying it but this one was my first miss after dozens of hits on the Skinnymixers site ๐Ÿ™ unfortunately no one in my house liked this at all. It just tasted like a big mouthful of ground almonds. The strawberry/honey drizzle was absolutely delicious though!

  3. Make it with raspberries (as thatโ€™s all I had). Canโ€™t wait to try with strawberries as it was a bit tart with them (but still nice).

  4. Really delicious, especially when made with your own homemade peanut butter. Not overly sweet so suits both sweet and savoury palettes with a lovely fudgey consistency, it’s hard to stop at one piece! Topped with extra peanut butter is even better!

  5. Very easy to make and tasty ๐Ÿ˜‹ without being overpowering. Even hubby loved it and he hates strawberries with a passion ๐Ÿ“

  6. This slice not only looks pretty, but tastes great and is so simply to make. Will definitely make this again.
