THMVI: Green Goddess Chicken Meal Prep
Chicken and broccoli meal prepping is the single most meal I can attribute to my 40 kg weight loss and I know it is a go to choice for many trying to cut weight or eat cleaner for health. The idea of meal prepping is also a great way to encourage compliance with healthy eating, as the food is ready to go - and it certainly helps if it tastes good too!

Dressing
- flat parsley leaves
- fresh basil leaves
- fresh mint leaves
- fresh dill tips
- Greek yoghurt, Greek coconut yoghurt or mayonnaise
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- brown rice
- chicken breast
- broccoli florets

Notes
Tip: If eating your meal prep cold, you may like to not cook your broccoli and instead have your broccoli raw and chopped as veggie rice.
