Ingredients

  • 100 g coconut milk
  • 100 g chilled water
  • 70 g frozen blueberries
  • 2 ice cubes
  • a handful of baby spinach
  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 date - seed removed

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to mixer bowl, blend for 1 min/speed 9/MC on.
  • Serve immediately.

Bellini Users
Use your sharp blade for this recipe.
At step 1 if not smooth enough, continue to blend until correct consistency.
