Skinnymixer’s Char Kway Teow features in the cookbook SkinnyAsia. It will be love at first bite with this epic Char Kway Teow! If you love Pad See Ew, make sure you add this Malaysian Street Food classic to your must-make list.
Char Kway Teow is one of my favourite Malaysian dishes
When I was visiting Malaysia I think I ate this dish from street food vendors nearly every single day. We cooked this dish over and over again until the flavour was perfect! This dish we need to stir fry to get the char, so you can use your Thermomix to prep and then a wok or large frypan to stir fry the noodles.
