Paprika Chicken Thermomix

ALToS: Paprika Chicken

Paprika Chicken is a delicious, quick and family friendly Thermomix recipe that has a gorgeous colour and complex flavours while still being mild for all to enjoy. When I served this up to our kids, I loved how excited they became over all of the different tastes and wasn’t one bit annoyed when our daughter picked out and ate all of the olives.

Exquisite is a word I will use for this! Loved the flavour sensation as I do with most of your recipes! This will be on rotation in this house! 🤤

Beautiful recipe! I added capsicum with the onion and garlic at the start and stirred through 3/4 cup of cream at the end as well as spinach. Family loved it!

  3. I used chicken breast and added extra olives. I also added extra olive oil as the sauce was a bit watery and I cooked it for an extra 5 minutes at the end as the chicken tasted a bit rubbery. Tastes delicious!!

  4. Definitely on a weekly/fortnightly rotation at this house! I love trying new recipes and this one wasn’t a let down at all!

  5. Made this first and popped it in the thermoserver whilst I made Spanish Rice to go with it. Family loved it so yet another Skinnymixers hit! I can see why your daughter ate all the olives out of it Nic- I think I will add more olives next time as they were delicious – this one is my favourite so far out of the new cook book but I’m still cooking my way through it.

  6. A delicious yummy meal with such a pleasant mixture of flavours coming through. Absolutely recommend this meal

  7. Paprika chicken is delightful!! So much flavour it’s bursting at the seams!! Very yum!! Thanks Skinny’s for another fabulous recipe!!

  8. Made this before making the Spanish rice and reheated in a casserole. After reading other comments I bought a fresh container of Spanish mild paprika. Unfortunately not a great success-flavours didn’t really gel and the very liquid sauce wasn’t enjoyable. Spanish rice was a pleasure so in future will just add extra chicken to that recipe and it can be ‘chicken Spanish rice’!

  9. After a few epic fails in the kitchen lately I embraced the ALTOS release to regain my cooking mojo, and Nik once again came up with the goods! How awesome is it to have a dinner met with YUM all around the table! My heart sang at a night of peace! Off to work my way through ALTOS and then back through the other books. Thanks Nikalene, my sanity is regained! (Awesome recipe, approved by all 4 members of the household + guest (including 8yr old Mr Fussypants!)

  10. I thickened mine up with a little corn flour as I prefer it that way, especially as I served it with veggies and not rice. Will definately make again on a regular basis. Great for all ages.

  11. This is going to be a great recipe on rotation in our meal plans. A great family friendly recipe that was super easy to make plus one that’s great for last minute ‘what the heck are we going to have for dinner’ nights as we generally have all ingredients on hand. We all loved it!
