Insert simmering basket with rice.Put cashew nuts, sultanas and nigella seeds on top of rice. Cook for 16 min/speed 4/steaming temp/MC on.Check that rice is cooked, if it needs longer then cook for a little longer. Once rice is done, remove from mixer bowl to a large serving bowl and carefully stir through.
