Ingredients

  • 100 g raw unsalted cashew nuts
  • 100 g frozen blueberries
  • 300 g chilled water
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 2 medjool dates seeds removed
  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to mixer bowl, blend for 1 min/speed 9/MC on.

Serves 1-2.
