Skinnymixer’s Devilled Sausages features in the upcoming cookbook The Healthy Mix Dinners.
Being released on Friday the 31st of March at 8pm SA time, hopefully this book helps takes a little bit of stress out of dinner time and help answer the question “What’s for dinner?”
I didn’t grow up eating Devilled Sausages, but Grant did – so he took great delight in developing this recipe for everyone to enjoy. This one is particularly special because his Mum, Denise, helped him to develop it.
Ingredients
- 500 g thin beef sausages
- frozen mixed peas - corn and carrot or vegetables of choice
- green apple - optional
- sweet paprika
- Worcestershire sauce
- tomato paste
- Chicken Stock Concentrate
- cornflour mixed
- garlic powder
- mustard powder
- brown onion
- flat leaf parsley leaves
