We asked the Skinnymixers community which KFC sauce they wanted for their Zinger fakeaway chicken… Supercharged Sauce was the overwhelming answer! BUT personally I’m a Pepper Mayo fan so we included both in the new book The Healthy Mix Dinners 2 😇
 
If you don’t have a #thermomix to make our Turbocharged Sauce – it’s all good you can use a blender.
 
This recipes uses Chipotle in Adobo Sauce that you can find in your supermarket Mexican section. This particular brand you can purchase from Woolworths, it will be smokier and spicier, the one from Coles is a little more mild but still delicious!
 

Hopefully this Thermomix & regular cooking methods cookbook helps takes a little bit of stress out of dinner time and help answer the question “What’s for dinner?” 🥰
