Skinnymixer’s Pork Katsu with Curry Sauce features in the TAKEAWAY section of the cookbook The Healthy Mix Dinners 3.
The Pork Katsu with Curry Sauce is a cookbook exclusive recipe…
When this meal came together with a side of Japanese Slaw I genuinely could have cried. It’s one of the best things I think we have created to date.
This recipe uses pork mince, but it definitely doesn’t taste like a budget dinner!
We have also used Panko breadcrumbs for the right texture on the cutlets, if you are gluten-free there are some great GF Panko breadcrumbs available in the shops now.
