THMII: Family Chunky Bolognese with Hidden Veg
One of the first things I made in my thermal cooker was a bolognese recipe and neither Michael nor I could enjoy the texture. This prompted me to think about how to achieve a more traditional bolognese texture without having to resort to less time effective traditional cooking methods. This has been a popular Skinnymixers recipe for many years now because it is simple but tasty and can be served many different ways. This recipe is a family inspired version with a bigger serve and hidden veg that the kids definitely won’t be aware of.
