Chicken & Sweet Corn Soup Thermomix

Chicken & Sweet Corn Soup has been on my list of recipes I have wanted to tackle for years, but it was never a soup that I particularly enjoyed. This Thermomix version has changed my mind about Chicken and Sweet Corn Soup completely, and I now regularly cook it for the kids and I.

Unlike the majority of the recipes available, this one doesnโ€™t rely on commercially made Creamed Corn which is high in sugar.

This recipe is exclusive to The Healthy Mix IV and is crazy low in calories, making it perfect for a mid-week meal.

I make this recipe regularly. I love chicken and sweet corn and this soup is always perfect. The real chicken stock concentrate is a must have.

Used water to stock concentrate ratio as per recipe, the result is a watery bland dirty dishwater soup. Very disappointing after spending $40 on the book just to get this particular recipe. Wonโ€™t bother making again.

Made this today for the first time and I can honestly say that I love it. It was so easy to do and tastes amazing. Its cold here in Scotland so I can’t wait to have this for my lunches this week

Absolutely divine. We used about 500g of chicken which was perfect for us. Will be a fav in our house.
