Chicken & Sweet Corn Soup has been on my list of recipes I have wanted to tackle for years, but it was never a soup that I particularly enjoyed. This Thermomix version has changed my mind about Chicken and Sweet Corn Soup completely, and I now regularly cook it for the kids and I.
Unlike the majority of the recipes available, this one doesnโt rely on commercially made Creamed Corn which is high in sugar.
This recipe is exclusive to The Healthy Mix IV and is crazy low in calories, making it perfect for a mid-week meal.
