skinnymixer’s No Fat Tomato Soup
Ingredients
- 1 small bunch parsley
- 1 small handful fresh basil
- 500 g ripe tomato - quatered
- 1 carrot - roughly chopped (omit if P2 or 4)
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 2 tbsp stock concentrate
- ⅛ tsp black pepper cracked
- 800 g water
Instructions
- Put herbs into mixer bowl. Chop 3 sec/speed 7/MC on.
- Add tomato and carrot. Chop 4 sec/speed 7/MC on.
- Add remaining ingredients to mixer bowl. Cook 35 min/100°C or 212°F/speed 1/MC off.
- After above cooking time, blend 1 min/speed 9/MC on increasing speed gradually.

Use your sharp blade for this recipe.
At step 6 you may need to cook for slightly longer if using an Intelli.
At step 7 SLOWLY increase your speed from speed 4 to speed 9.
