  1. Yummo I made this soup today. I put some extra tomatoes in and a dessert spoon of tomato paste .😘

  2. So delicious and hard to believe it’s so low in calories but so full of flavour!!!

Another brilliant recipe that’s going to become a regular – especially with Winter not too far away!

  5. Great recipe. We loved it. Ouf son is fussy and is a fan of dehydrated tomato soup… he ate the whole bowl without complaining 😁😁😁

  6. I dont know what i did wrong but mine was horrible – no tomato flavour at all, very herby (maybe i put too much herbs ?) Epic fail for me and i love tomato so was very disapointed

      1. Using fresh tomatoes you do really need to have ripe/tasty tomatoes with such simple flavours.

      1. I have found if you blend tomato on a high speed it will go orange, try blending at a lower speed next time and see how you go.

  7. I love this soup! So easy and it’s great to have all the ingredients on hand! I found the water quantity a little excessive so I reduced it and served with a swirl of cream, Delish!

  8. This was so delicious. I added a couple of zucchini’s and used a whole onion instead of powder, so much flavor. Can’t wait to eat more tomorrow!

  9. Made this before having day surgery (when I couldn’t have it!) – Hubby tried it and loved it! I have just managed a bowl with shredded chicken added as well as a spoon of Greek yoghurt! So Yumm in my tumm!!
Many thanks for this Nik! (sorry no pics!)

  10. Nothing says comfort more than a warm bowl of tomato soup. this recipe made me ditch the can and prepare this homemade soup with fresh veggies….yumm
