Kimchi Pancakes make a delicious vegetable filled snack, side or light meal. Be warned, once you start with one it is hard to stop.
This is a quick, no-fuss and very basic recipe.
We mix 3 ingredients with the braised Cheat’s Kimchi and cook in a little oil. I highly recommend serving them with soy sauce, the Dumpling Dipping Sauce from SkinnyAsia or to add some more heat some of the SkinnyAsia Chilli Oil.
