Oozy, cheesy Nacho Cheese sauce is one of the naughtiest creations I think you can enjoy – especially when it comes out of a can or squeeze bottle at servos and food trucks. You know there probably isn’t any real ingredients in it… but it’s just so delicious ! 

With this Healthy Cheese Sauce recipe, you can enjoy this smooth, luscious sauce with the added nutritional benefits of hidden vegetables that you won’t even know are there. 

We love this to make the Ultimate nachos, Philly cheesesteak, as a dip or used for enchiladas and burritos. 

Healthy American Burger Cheese Slices

Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, we had the idea to add gelatine and make healthy American burger cheese slices. We nailed it!

The texture and taste are spot on. You can use them cold in sandwiches or for oozy melty cheese slices on the Ultimate Cheeseburger.
