Thermomix Jalapeno Salsa

Thermomix Jalapeno Salsa

This is a zingy Jalapeรฑo Salsa which will lift any dish with its delicious balance of tangy and salty.

You can also serve it with corn chips, but good luck trying not to eat the entire batch in one go.

This is one Thermomix recipe from the ‘A Little Taste of Mexico’ Cookbook that you will be making over and over again.

I especially love it on top of Tamarind Chipotle Ribs, Mexican Red Rice, Guacamole & Chile Con Queso.

  1. Great little side condiment although it has a fair bit of liquid. And I really wish I could find hotter jalepenos in the shops, the ones I buy always seem to taste mild. But a shake of cayenne fixes that up. I make a half batch as a couple of the kids don’t like salsa and it works perfectly for our Mexican feasts.
