ALToS: Patatas Bravas

I think that we ate our weight in Patatas Bravas in Spain, a popular tapas staple that varies from bar to bar and state to state. Mostly, we found Patatas Bravas was served as a quick, cheap meal made with fried potato and pre-made bottled sauce. When we finally discovered a proper, homemade version in Barcelona however, I became incredibly excited to bring a healthier but delicious version home to you all.

  1. I made both the potato and cauliflower version of this and they were equally as good as each other! So much flavour, such simple ingredients but it all comes together like a restaurant quality dish!!

  2. This was the recipe I tried first from ALTOS. Patatas Bravas was my favourite dish when I travelled in Spain and this version was beyond amazing. The sauce is so full of flavour and I loved this both hot and cold. Yum!
