ALToIT: Parmigiano Reggiano Flan

This comforting Parmesan Flan made in the Thermomix recipe makes an impressive entrée for an Italian festa. I love it served warm with Tre Carne Ragù spooned over the top, it is also delicious with the Caponata or a pesto for a cold dish.

  1. Absolutely amazing recipee that is sure to impress at dinner parties. I served it as an entree with the Ragu and also ate cold the next day. It was wonderful. Thanks Nik!

  2. I didn’t read all the steps before I began this and about half way through started to stress it was too fiddly. These are 100% worth the little tiny bit of extra effort. We made and served them in greased ramekins as we didn’t have silicon moulds.
Silky, light and decadently creamy. We served with crispy sourdough slices and bruschetta salad.
Our dinner party guests were thoroughly impressed- Nik making me look awesome all over the place!
