Ingredients

  • white wine vinegar
  • caster sugar or raw sugar
  • bay leaf
  • coriander seeds
  • yellow mustard seeds
  • fresh dill tips
  • jalapeño - optional
  • baby cucumbers - tipped and sliced into quarters / spears (If not using baby cucumbers, deseed them)
