Paired with a mix of colourful vegetables, it makes for a dish that looks as good as it tastes.

FAQ section:
- Can I prepare halloumi skewers ahead of time? Absolutely, however it is best to marinate the halloumi and vegetables for 30 min (no longer than 2 hr). Leaving the marinade longer may cause the halloumi to go a bit soft and crumbly.
- What vegetables work best on skewers? We use zuccini, cherry tomatoes, red onion and capsicum.
- Can I cook halloumi skewers in the oven? Yes, we have the cooking times in the recipe and also for the air fryer.
- How do I stop halloumi sticking to the grill? After it forms a crust, it should release from the grill easily.
