Ingredients
- 2-3 cloves garlic
- 100 g spinach - hard stems removed, sliced thin
- 30 g olive oil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp red bell pepper flakes - (optional)
- 1 tsp dried dill tips
- ½ tsp lemon zest - finely grated
- ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
- 250 g cream cheese - cubed small
- 150 g Greek Feta - cubed small
- 100 g mozarella - cubed small
- lemon juice to taste
Instructions
- Add garlic to mixer bowl. Chop for 3 sec/speed 9/MC on. Scrape mixer bowl down.
- Add spinach, oil, onion powder, red pepper flakes, dill, lemon zest and pepper to mixer bowl. Cook for 7 min/100°C/speed 1/MC on. Set aside.
- Add cheeses to mixer bowl. Chop for 10 sec/speed 5/MC on.
- Add spinach back to cheese mixture and cook for 10 min/90°C/speed 2/MC on. Season to taste with salt and lemon juice and garnish with sweet paprika.
