no split hollandaise thermomix

I still remember the morning when I spent 30 minutes over the stove carefully whisking Hollandaise sauce by hand to surprise my family, only to find out that they don’t like hollandaise sauce at all! Cooking hollandaise in your Thermal Cooker or Thermomix is much easier and although there may be lots of set and forget recipes out there, if you have ever had a ‘failed’ split result, this is the recipe for you!

  1. It’s not click bait. This author has hundreds of free recipes, and hundreds that you have to buy her books for. All of them are posted online with a picture.

  2. 2 stars
Why did some of my egg yolks cook and stick to the bottom? Followed directions and quantities precisely and there was some egg yolk on the bottom and the rest was runny?

  3. Who knew dairy free Hollandaise could even work?! Nik!! It’s so amazing, it tastes just like the full dairy version except this one is practically guilt free as well as dairy free. Full of flavour and incredibly easy, it’s on the regular breakfast rotation now!

  4. Very easy to make and very tasty. My best friend and I were having brekky and she was ready to use a prepackaged sauce. I was like nooo, I have the new THMIII book and the Hollandaise looks like a breeze. It was! And it took our bacon and eggs to the next level 😀
