One of my favourite people in the world has been asking me to write a Jerk Marinade Thermomix recipe for her for years, and I am glad I tried my hand at this spicy Jamaican marinade. If you’re not keen on spicy foods, it is still a delicious marinade using only the minimum amount of cayenne – it is very mild and child friendly.
