Freezer Tips

You can cook and freeze your bao buns one cool. Defrost for 20 minutes at room temperature and reheat in microwave for 20 sec.

You can make and steam the bao buns without the sauce. Simply add 500g water to mixer bowl and steam for 15 min/steaming temp/speed 2.
