Thai Green Curry Paste
- a marinade for chicken pieces (use a portion of paste to rub over chicken pieces or a whole chicken before roasting/char grilling)
- as an alternative filling for the kievs (add a tablespoon of the paste to the butter along with some thai basil/garlic/corriander & add the rest of the
paste to the meat mixture but omit the parmesan) - a heaped tablespoon added to 500g of fish makes for awesome fish cakes
- add some paste to a chicken risotto
- added to chicken mince & rolled into meatballs makes for tasty snack
- added to a stir fry
- to your favorite burger/rissole recipe
- fried rice/cauli rice
- stir a dollop through cauliflower or pumpkin soup
- add to frittata with some bok choy & spring onions
Massaman Curry Paste
- add 2 tbpn of Peanut Butter to make a Penang Curry
