  1. I made these today and they are yum! I didn’t use coconut oil in them but I couldn’t get the coconut to stick when I rolled them in it so I will try with the oils next time.

  2. Filling and decadent snack. I make my balls smallish so I usually get about 20-24. I portion out and just take two to work at a time.

  3. Yum! My 1yo is hovering near the fridge for these ones! Might need to hide these guys at the back of the fridge so they last… 😉

  4. a friend put me in the direction of these little bad boys and so pleased that she did! Not over powering at all, kids loved them too.

  5. I was just wondering if anyone could suggest a substitute for the cashews that still tastes great? My kids go to a totally nut free school, and I’d love to be able to send some in their lunchboxes 🙂

    1. Hi, my child’s school is also nut free. I substituted with pumpkin seeds & Quinoa flakes. I used 70g of each and they turned out perfect. I hope this helps 🙂

    2. Hi, it could be worth double checking with your child/ren’s school if cashews are banned too. They are actually a seed (they grow on trees, in a seed pod on the outside of a fruit called the cashew apple) so they may be okay. Mind you cashew allergy is also pretty serious, but if the children in question have a tree nut or peanut allergy, then cashews wouldn’t be problematic.

  6. I HAVE to put these in the freezer after I make them…. otherwise they are gone within an hour!

    My absolute fav choccy treat!

  7. Soooooo good! I didn’t have any peppermint so just added a dash of coconut essence instead but these were just ‘amazeballs’!

  8. So moreish! Perfect for mint addicts like me. I used Lorann peppermint oil, 4 drops worked a treat. Who needs mint slice biscuits when you can have these? About 3 weight watchers pro points per ball if making 16, I divided into 22 for about 2 pro points per ball. Thanks for the great recipe!

  9. These would have to be one of my favourite bliss balls ever!! I’m going to try some variations on the flavour oil just to experiment but I LOVE the chewy caramel like texture!!!

  10. I made these last night. They were delicious 🙂 My 14yr old couldn’t pick that it was dates and he and my 10yr old nearly ate the lot. They are a big fan of choc biscuit balls so having an alternative that is healthy is great.

  11. Yum! So quick to make – whipped up a batch while my husband was changing our newborn’s nappy! 😉 Delicious too: my first bliss balls… I might be addicted now…

      1. hi. just made these. sooooo good. I made 20 and it worked out at 77 cal .I did my calculations before I saw ig had been done lol
