I think one of my first memories of trying the Texas Pulled Beef & Peppers featured in SkinnyEntertaining was at the Big Bushfire Bash where The Smoking Joint helped raise money for the Kangaroo Island Bushfires.

How to cut and rub whole chuck:
Once cooked, this delicious Texas Pulled Beef & Peppers can also be used as the filling for a kick ass ‘po boy, sliders or even an epic pie.
Ingredients
- 1.5-2 kg whole chuck, brisket or beef cheeks
- Worcestershire sauce
- Texas Black Beef Rub
- jalapenos
- red onion
- garlic
- Stout
- Chicken or Beef Stock Concentrate
- red capsicum
- yellow capsicum
- green capsicum
