I think one of my first memories of trying the Texas Pulled Beef & Peppers featured in SkinnyEntertaining was at the Big Bushfire Bash where The Smoking Joint  helped raise money for the Kangaroo Island Bushfires.

For a number of years, it has been one of the many recipes that The Smoking Joint have used to wow big crowds! Thank you to Hollywood & The Smoking Joint for sharing this flavour bomb of a barbecue recipe!

How to cut and rub whole chuck:

Once cooked, this delicious Texas Pulled Beef & Peppers can also be used as the filling for a kick ass ‘po boy, sliders or even an epic pie.
