This Turkish Mince Bowl immediately became one of my favourite recipes because it feels decadent, but it is so healthy and even better – ultra quick to get on the dinner table.
You can also serve this either with the Garlic Sauce or Beetroot Hummus and it makes an amazing meal prep option. You can also serve in a wrap with your favourite flatbread or pita.
I adore using lamb mince in this recipe, however if you are looking for lower calories I recommend sticking with the beef mince or even turkey mince.
The fresh parsley and dill really bring this Turkish Mince Bowl to life with fresh flavours – so don’t skip them!
We released the Garlic Sauce as a free recipe when we released the Yiros in The Healthy Mix Dinners 2, but it is the perfect sauce to drizzle over the pan-fried Turkish Mince.

- Greek yoghurt
- whole egg mayonnaise – Use a good-quality lighter tasting mayonnaise. I like the Thomy or S&W Whole Egg Mayonnaise. Or you can make your own using a light-tasting oil with this Creamy Mayonnaise recipe.
