OMG. I made this the other night for dinner and the flavour is to die for…I couldn’t source GF cannelloni or GF fresh lasagna sheets, so I substituted with GF hard lasagna sheets and just turned the same thing into lasagna. It was so delicious and easy to make. Thanks Nic

Yet another amazing dish! Even the husband who says dinner isn’t dinner without meat wasn’t complaining. Next time will try the fresh pasta spoon technique as piping the tubes too way longer than I thought. But I only have a little tupperware piping thingy so refilling it every 2 tubes didn’t help either. But the flavours were amazing. The sage and pine nuts on top elevated it perfectly, and it went well with a simple garden salad. So, so good.

  4. What would you recommend as the best substitute for English Spinach? It’s very hard to get in supermarkets.

  5. Ive never made canelloni before and this was so easy and simple. I tricked my meat eater husband into eating it and he exclaimed how much he liked it too.

  6. These delicious rolls of goodness will please even the fussiest of eaters! A vegetarian dish that carnivores will inhale in an instant!
