The crazy delicious, can’t stop eating this flavour…. comes from using The Joker’s Chicken Rub in the cob loaf filling.
So to make this dip, you will need to make The Joker’s Chicken Rub first – but don’t worry it takes a whole 2 minutes.
For the rub you will need:
- coconut sugar
- sea salt flakes or kosher salt (not table salt)
- chipotle powder (or smoked paprika / Mexican Chilli Powder)
- sweet paprika
- garlic powder
- onion powder
- coarse ground black pepper (pre-cracked not milled fresh)
- coriander powder
- cumin powder
