The Jalapeño Popper Cob Loaf Filling from the NEW Thermomix Cookbook ‘SkinnyBarbecue’ is one of those dishes that you just can’t stop eating.

It came as no surprise that it won the Skinnymixers Facebook Group ‘People’s Choice’ vote, for which new recipe to release the shopping list early for prior to pre-sale starting on Friday 4th of June 8pm SA time.

The crazy delicious, can’t stop eating this flavour…. comes from using The Joker’s Chicken Rub in the cob loaf filling.

So to make this dip, you will need to make The Joker’s Chicken Rub first – but don’t worry it takes a whole 2 minutes.

For the rub you will need:

  • coconut sugar
  • sea salt flakes or kosher salt (not table salt)
  • chipotle powder (or smoked paprika / Mexican Chilli Powder)
  • sweet paprika
  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • coarse ground black pepper (pre-cracked not milled fresh)
  • coriander powder
  • cumin powder
