- I highly recommend using fresh corn cobs for this recipe, however using drained tin corn or frozen corn with the stovetop method is still delicious!
Different Cooking Methods
- My favourite method for cooking this Mexican Street Corn Salad is the Smoker method. The extra smoky charred taste adds an extra layer of flavour!
