How to use this Peanut Dipping Sauce
Perfect for dipping the Flaky Roti is as an entree or to serve over some grilled chicken skewers seasoned with the Queen of BBQ Chicken Rub from SkinnyBarbecue for some epic Thai Chicken Satay Skewers (these are my favourite!).
When we released this recipe to our recipe development team that started putting it on everything and insisted it be bottled.
We’ve love to know how you use this tasty sauce, so far we’ve seen it used as:
- Grilled Chicken Satay Skewers served smothered in sauce with rice and salad.
- Satay Chicken Pizza – used as a drizzle sauce and on the base.
- Serve with Roti to dip as a starter or with some vegetable sticks for dipping.
- Satay Chicken Smash Burgers using chicken mince and the Queen of BBQ Rub.
- Dipping sauce for rice paper cold rolls.
