Lamb Korma:
- You can make this recipe nut free by simply substituting the cashew nuts for sunflower seeds.
- Some people are reporting a burnt bowl after making the Korma. Simply soak the bowl with a little bicarb soda + water or 1/2 lemon, chop on speed 5. Add 350g water. Cook 10 mins/steaming temperature/speed 3.
Beef Vindaloo:
- For a Chicken variation, add 700 g cubed chicken during step 9.
