With this versatile and no rest time pizza dough recipe, you’ll be able to whip up this dough and have dinner on the table fast! This recipe is fantastic and I am so appreciative to Lailah Rose for allowing me to blog it.

Skinnymixer’s Pizza Sauce
Decided to get ubereats as I couldnāt handle anything added to my mental load for the day, thought pizza looked good. Did the math on cost & time of deliveryā¦ š Hot Homemade pizza š coming out of the oven 15 min before it wouldāve got delivered š Love that freezer stash of SM Pizza Sauce & no rest time on Lailahās Pizza Dough!Spread a generous layer of Skinnymixer’s Pizza Sauce evenly over the surface of the dough, leaving a small border around the edges for the crust, add your favourite toppings and bake to golden perfection.
Ingredients
- 360 g water - lukewarm
- 1.5 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp dried instant yeast
- 600 g bakers flour
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp oil
Instructions
- Preheat your fan-forced oven to 220C.
- Add water, sugar, yeast, flour, salt & oil to mixer bowl. Mix 15 sec/speed 3/MC on.
- KneadĀ 6 min/dough function/MC on.
- Place dough onto an oiled or floured bench & divide into 4 x 250g portions. Shape into balls.
- Roll out bases nice and thin, then top with sauce & toppings of choice.
- Bake til nice & golden.
