skinnymixer's Creamy Mustard Sauce Thermomix Recipe for 2 My creamy garlic sauce is a huge hit amongst the LCHF crowd and those who just love food which tastes good… so I have no idea why I waited so long to cook a creamy mustard sauce in my Thermomix when its my favourite “cheeky” sauce from Italian cafés. This is the perfect addition to a meal for people looking for Thermomix Recipes for two people.

This is perfect for those following a low carb/healthy fat or ketogenic diet, but those of you out there who are counting your calories can also reduce the fat in this one by choosing low fat options at the supermarket – or just reducing your portion size! Get this cooking while grilling or frying your protein and veggies and dinner will be ready in under 15 minutes. I hope you all love this Creamy Mustard Sauce Thermomix as much as the kids and I did for dinner!

Love Nik xx

  1. So good! Can’t believe I waited so long to try this. Super easy. We had it over salmon, roast veg and broccolini.

  2. Beautiful sauce!! Silly question, in the nutritional info, is the calorie amount per serve or for the whole amount?

  3. ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS! Added an onion and poured alllllllll over Nik’s lamb meatballs & baked pumpkin. LCHF bliss. Thank you!

  4. Sooooo yum!! Made a triple batch and served over pasta with thinly sliced cooked chicken great stirred through. My family of seven loved it and asked for seconds which it always a good sign.

  5. This sauce was delicious. I licked my plate since nobody was watching. I notice it says serves 4 but then in the blurb it says serves 2. Definitely only serves 2 with a dribble each for 2 toddlers

  6. I was looking for a LCHF compliant Mustard Sauce to accompany my Comes Beef meal tonight and came across this recipe. As my TMX was otherwise in use, I made it on the stove top. The sauce was creamy, tasty, easy to make, thick, and just perfect for my meal. I will absolutely make it again. Thank you.

  7. Was about to make a cheese sauce to pour over cauli and a broccoli and decided to try this one instead. Was very very nice. If the creamy garlic sauce is as good as this is well I’m all set for lovely flavoured dishes. Very simple to make and my garlic clove was a big one so made it a bit more garlicky. Thanks for some beautiful recipes.

  8. Omg this sauce is delish!! I had to stop myself eating it on its own before dinner was cooked! Once again Nik thank you 😊 x

  9. One word: AMAZING!
Nik originally said it trumps the garlic sauce. I thought to myself absolutely not. Nothing can.
    It did!

  10. I made this last night to serve with silverside. I doubled the recipe, but had no cream so used milk and added a tbs of cornflour and it was fabulous.

  11. The first time I had this I didn’t mind it… I doubled it and found it was a bit too mustardy! But tonight I made it again without doubling and my gosh! So amazing! And my 3 year old twins love it too!!! They like it more than the creamy garlic now!
    Thankyou Nic!

  12. I made this to go on pork chops and steamed veges tonight…..it was amazing. My partner commented after I told him the ingredients, “whoever decided to put butter, cream and mustard together to make a sauce is genius!”. So Nik, you’re a genius😊

  13. This wasn’t a hit for me. Quite bitter tasting and the garlic tasted uncooked. Maybe the brand of mustard i used?? It also split. I let it cool down and blitzed it on turbo which brought it back to life but by then I’d already quickly made packet gravy which the table preferred. Given the quantity of rave reviews, I’ll try this again making the whole grain mustard as per Niks own recipe.

  14. Dairy Free….
Yes with cashew cream and Nuttlex. Just mix it on a higher speed to combine Nuttlex with cream.
