San Choy Bao is a low carb favourite for many, but the processed ingredients traditionally used, such as oyster sauce, make what can be an otherwise healthy dish full of preservatives and additives. I have come up with a quick healthy Thermomix alternative which I think that you will love.
THM: San Choy Bao

- dried shiitake mushrooms
- fresh shallots small red/brown ones
- garlic
- fresh ginger
- carrot
- pork mince
- soy sauce/tamari or coconut aminos
- apple cider vinegar
To Serve
- iceberg lettuce
- soy sauce
- bean sprouts
- spring onion
- fresh red chilli
- fresh coriander
