Baked to golden perfection, this irresistible Blueberry Crisp is a comforting treat without too much guilt.
My favourite part is the crispy oat topping served warm with a scoop of Vanilla Ice Cream, however I have been known to have leftovers for breakfast with some Greek yoghurt.
